Lucidity was a healthcare technology startup needing content expertise for their platform and website. For the platform, Lucidity needed a strong technical writer who could quickly grasp the technology and the business, and then create messaging that was easy to understand for their user. We helped Lucidity develop a consistent voice and service terminology for their business.
Additionally, Lucidity wanted to market their product and grow their user base with a conversion-focused website. We worked with their UX designer to create the site layout and design the major content sections for the landing page. To craft the content, we held numerous discussions with the CEO and consultants that informed the drafting of feature-benefit statements displayed throughout the site.
